The safest and most repeatable workflow starts with a baseline check, makes one controlled change at a time and records what was presented.

CASE SETUP

Build a clean case

  1. De-identify source files.
  2. Export named STL segments and an aligned NRRD from Slicer.
  3. Create the Casebook record and attach the working files.
  4. Open the project in Studio and confirm units, orientation and coordinate convention.
3D REVIEW

Compose the scene

  1. Add all relevant meshes.
  2. Set colours and transparency.
  3. Fit the view and inspect from six anatomical directions.
  4. Measure, label and create named views for the questions under review.
MESH PREP

Edit with evidence

  1. Analyse before editing.
  2. Repair only what the report identifies.
  3. Use small smoothing increments.
  4. Analyse again, save the project and verify the output independently.
RESTRICTED REVIEW
